Tech Lead - TikTok Ecommerce Recommendation Algo

Lead a team of applied machine learning engineers and data scientists building large-scale e-commerce recommendation systems for TikTok Shop. Own the end-to-end pipeline design and optimization, including long- and short-term user interest modeling, candidate generation, and ranking models (e.g., CTR and conversion prediction). Develop real-time data pipelines and feature engineering, evaluate and iterate predictive models, and collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, product, policy, and ops to drive engineering initiatives.
