Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer balance and ledger capabilities aligned with Visa Direct strategy.
  • •Clarify customer and business problems and validate priorities through evidence-based discovery using customer, market, regulatory, and threat intelligence.
  • •Translate strategy into actionable plans, requirements, and success metrics; lead end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams and ensure predictable releases.
  • •Design ledger capabilities balancing customer experience, risk prevention, and usability at scale; advocate for customer outcomes in prioritization and trade-offs.
  • •Own post-launch performance by monitoring adoption, identifying friction, resolving bottlenecks, and partnering with go-to-market and sales on positioning and value propositions.

  • •Experience in financial services is a plus.
  • •Proven ability to deliver product features end-to-end and drive measurable post-launch outcomes.
