Personal Financial Counselor; Youngstown, OH

Provide comprehensive personal financial counseling to service members and their families at assigned military installations. Deliver one-on-one counseling, facilitate spending plans for extended absences, create and distribute financial education materials, and coordinate personal financial management classes and briefings across key moments in the military lifecycle. Work with installation and military branch POCs to ensure the program meets scope and needs, using virtual counseling methods when authorized, and support DoD “duty to warn” processes.
