Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership over large portions of one product and drive end-to-end projects, from research and specs to implementation and delivery.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements, write product specs, and create wireframes for new features.
  • •Research competitors and user needs to inform design decisions and architecture.
  • •Contribute to building scalable UI and backend components, leveraging Ashby’s building blocks and design system.
  • •Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and teammates.

Key Requirements
