Job Summary

Own the strategy for centrally-built, production-grade AI managed agents, balancing near-term value delivery with a built-in evolution plan as the platform matures. Run intake and prioritization, define “production-grade” quality standards, and mine patterns across a 150,000+ agent catalog to generate product signals. Partner closely with engineering and governance teams to transition proven agents into the catalog and reduce long-term dependency.

Key Responsibilities

•Own intake and prioritization for managed agent requests, including business case validation, deduplication, and feasibility assessment.
•Decide what to build versus self-serve guidance or product feature improvements, and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to business value and strategy.
•Define and uphold “production-grade” quality standards for managed agents, including testing, accuracy, monitoring, and documentation.
•Mine the 150,000+ agent catalog to identify repeat needs and translate patterns into product signals and portfolio investment inputs.
•Develop and execute transition/democratisation strategy for each managed agent, working with teams to move proven agents into the catalog and reduce dependency over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, including experience in services productisation, internal tools, or AI/ML products.
•Ability to manage a capability with a deliberate evolution/sunset path.
•Strong analytical skills to mine large datasets for strategic insight.
•Experience managing specialist/senior engineering teams as a product counterpart.
•Excellent stakeholder management across other Product Managers in the pillar.
