Provide tier 1 on-site and remote maintenance for ADCS systems, including preventive/corrective upkeep, monitoring, and performing additions, changes, and equipment relocations. Key Responsibilities

•Perform tier 1 preventive and corrective maintenance and monitoring for on-site ADCS systems and subsystems.
•Terminate ADCS circuits activated at the node point-of-presence (POP).
•Coordinate system downtime requirements with CAOC/ADS Comm Focal Point (CFP).
•Conduct additions, changes, and relocations of ADCS equipment, including installing and modifying hardware/software as needed.
•Troubleshoot hardware/software and interconnectivity issues and report failures to the on-site government contract representative by the start of the next duty day.

Travel: Medium travel

•Operations and maintenance of communications/computer systems and networks, including troubleshooting and support.
