Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and develop team members by sharing skills and experiences to support growth
  • •Motivate and support teammates to achieve production and inspection goals
  • •Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and positive rapport with the team
  • •Inspect parts before the clean and NDT processes
  • •Bench Inspect parts after the clean and NDT processes
  • •Provide complete and accurate documentation to support engine build
  • •Meet production and inspection goals and review technical documentation (Fits and Clearances, Engine Inspection Report, SAP)
  • •Complete and review engine package documentation and Engine Shop Visit Report reconciliation
  • •Adhere to EH&S and continuous improvement programs by following policies, completing training, and supporting committees
  • •Operate and document specialized tasks such as Boroscope and Records Room activities
