Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the global CPI governance function, including Global Process Owners and Global Process Managers for Change, Problem, and Incident across all regions.
  • •Own end-to-end design and definition of global CPI processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and standardized across the Allianz Group, including enforcement of process standards and KPIs.
  • •Drive an AI-enabled governance model by embedding intelligent automation, AI-assisted triage, and Power BI-based reporting to reduce manual effort and improve MTTR.
  • •Ensure regulatory and audit compliance of CPI processes (e.g., DORA), acting as the accountable process owner in audits and reviews.
  • •Govern continuous improvement through cadence for reviewing process maturity and performance, translating CPI data into actionable insight for senior leadership and driving process adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 10+ years of senior IT service management experience with process ownership or governance in a large IT environment.
  • •Deep ITSM and ITIL expertise across Change, Problem, and Incident, ideally gained as a Process Owner or comparable accountable role.
  • •Proven track record leading IT process transformation, including target-state design, change management, stakeholder buy-in, and adoption in regulated, multi-country environments.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership and managing stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI tooling/automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow AI, Power Automate) and proficiency in Power BI for governance and performance reporting; awareness of regulatory requirements such as DORA.
