Job Summary

Own end-to-end product development for law enforcement response and legal process workflows, including request intake, authentication, review, routing, fulfillment, auditability, and reporting. Stay ahead of evolving regulatory and privacy requirements and translate high-stakes compliance needs into scalable product designs and execution plans. Build and optimize workflow/case management systems, partnering with cross-functional teams, while leveraging AI/automation for triaging, detection, reviewer assistance, orchestration, and compliance risk monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive product development for end-to-end law enforcement response and legal process systems, covering workflows from intake to reporting.
•Translate regulatory, privacy, and law enforcement trends into product planning, requirements, and execution plans.
•Design and optimize workflow and case management systems to improve efficiency, reduce manual handling, and enhance response quality.
•Partner with LEO, Legal, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to build globally compliant, operationally scalable solutions.
•Leverage AI and automation across workflows (triaging, duplicate/entity matching, reviewer assistance, orchestration, compliance risk detection) and define controls for sensitive data access, authorization, audit logging, evidence handling, and retention.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end product design and strong data analysis capabilities.
•Track record in Trust & Safety, Risk, Integrity, Security, or a closely related domain.
•Experience designing end-to-end solutions that integrate data signals, ML/automation, and human operational workflows.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to turn ambiguous, high-stakes risks into clear strategies and measurable outcomes.
•Ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners across technical and non-technical functions.
