Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate stock records and inventory accuracy across Harrods and Selfridges counters.
  • •Process deliveries, transfers, returns, damages, and stock adjustments within company timelines.
  • •Perform regular cycle counts and investigate resolve stock discrepancies, negative stock positions and inventory variances.
  • •Ensure stock is correctly ticketed, security tagged, and stored safely and compliantly; maintain clean and organised stock areas.
  • •Support replenishment and availability by monitoring slow-moving items, replenishing fragrance/beauty lines, preparing allocations for promotions and assisting on launch and activation periods.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven stock control, stockroom, or inventory management experience.
  • •Experience within luxury retail, premium beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance (preferred).
  • •Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using stock management systems.
  • •Ability to prioritise workload during peak trading periods and work efficiently under pressure.
