Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the framework for Technology due diligences, including the approach, templates/tools, and deployment within the Global M&A team and Business Lines
  • •Lead the Technology stream of Due Diligences with the Business, set up internal/external teams, define session scopes and questionnaires, and consolidate Technology reports and integration estimates
  • •Define the framework for Post-Merger Integrations with the PMI team, including governance and monthly status updates
  • •Follow-up on opportunities with Business Lines and the M&A Global Team, evaluating digital opportunities and preparing pre-analysis for due diligences
  • •Support optimization of Group IT Vendor Management, assess current practices, implement process enhancements, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal and IT to streamline governance and renewals

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in an audit or consulting firm (or similar) in an international environment.
  • •Strong understanding of organizations and the stakes of a Technology department and a broad IT landscape
  • •Ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously with rigorous organization, formalization, planning and follow-up
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • •Languages: French and English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
