Key Responsibilities

•Define the framework for Technology due diligences, including the approach, templates/tools, and deployment within the Global M&A team and Business Lines
•Lead the Technology stream of Due Diligences with the Business, set up internal/external teams, define session scopes and questionnaires, and consolidate Technology reports and integration estimates
•Define the framework for Post-Merger Integrations with the PMI team, including governance and monthly status updates
•Follow-up on opportunities with Business Lines and the M&A Global Team, evaluating digital opportunities and preparing pre-analysis for due diligences
•Support optimization of Group IT Vendor Management, assess current practices, implement process enhancements, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal and IT to streamline governance and renewals

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in an audit or consulting firm (or similar) in an international environment.
•Strong understanding of organizations and the stakes of a Technology department and a broad IT landscape
•Ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously with rigorous organization, formalization, planning and follow-up
•Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
•Languages: French and English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
