Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support for facility safety initiatives when designing or redesigning work processes or equipment.
  • •Support safety and quality initiatives, including performing and assisting in investigations.
  • •Ensure personnel (including contractors) comply with plant safety standards, environmental requirements, and incident/accident investigations with RCA and corrective actions.
  • •Ensure production activities are performed according to ISO and GMP requirements; monitor KPI and Standard Worksheets.
  • •Professionally lead and manage production requirements with direct reports, coordinate maintenance requirements, and support training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a process-related engineering discipline (Chemical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience/education.
  • •3-5 years’ experience as an Engineer involved with process troubleshooting, project development, and implementation.
  • •Experience with process automation, preferably with formal training or basic knowledge of computer/PLC operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of process safety, GMP, quality, environmental management, and health & safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • •Commitment to a safe working environment and ability to work safely while providing supervision and leadership in a manufacturing setting.
