Key Responsibilities

•Design and build high-integrity systems for clinical data, including treatment plans, progress notes, patient history, and AI-enabled clinical intelligence.
•Scale AI-enabled insurance billing engines to estimate and file claims accurately for complex payer rules.
•Build patient-first backend services for personalized care recommendations, health tracking, longitudinal data views, and therapist discovery experiences.
•Develop ledger systems that ensure accurate payments for providers with idempotency and strict consistency in a multi-party marketplace.
•Collaborate with engineers to establish technical standards, improve tooling and automation, and ship reliable backend capabilities iteratively.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,750 - 278,500 annually
