Job Summary

Lead daily operations at a fast-paced The North Face retail store, supporting the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help drive sales and profit performance by monitoring KPIs. Oversee merchandising standards, inventory flow, shipping/receiving, and loss-prevention practices, while upholding safety and company policies. Partner with store leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience through genuine interactions.
•Coach and develop associates to meet customer engagement and productivity goals.
•Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment to the sales floor.
•Oversee stockroom operations such as organizing inventory, processing shipments, and supporting loss-prevention practices.

Salary: USD 18.48 - 27.72 hourly
