Key Responsibilities

  • •Control and provide aircraft documentation during Aircraft Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance, Repairs, and Modification work to aircraft transferred to Boeing.
  • •Ensure associated paperwork/electronic documentation is completed to the required standard within the aircraft/component work pack in a timely manner.
  • •Maintain compliance with BDUK MRP 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and Platform Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) requirements.
  • •Audit, update, and deliver electronic and hard-copy records for assigned aircraft and components according to customer procedures and the Statement of Work, including updates to GOLDesp and MoD Form 700.
  • •Work cross-functionally within the maintenance planning and control team, support maintenance/repair/modification teams, and coordinate archiving by uploading archived work packs to BASE and returning original work packs for customer archiving.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure compliance with national/local Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and company policy.
  • •Administer, deliver, monitor, and update approved aircraft technical records supporting maintenance, repair, and modification activity.
  • •Experience in scheduled maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft, including being suitably trained on the aircraft type being worked.
  • •Apply human factors knowledge and technical knowledge to assess requirements against the tasks being undertaken.
  • •Working knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, BDUK Part 145 MOE, aviation Quality Assurance (QA), and Safety Management System (SMS), and apply within your area of accountability.
