Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct all plant functions across manufacturing/production, engineering, finance, supply chain, HR, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop annual plant objectives and budgets, forecast performance, and implement strategic plans for short- and long-term facility goals.
  • •Partner with development engineering and marketing on new product designs, aligning customer requirements with manufacturing cost and feasibility.
  • •Oversee performance management, including compensation/rewards/recognition, and lead training and engagement initiatives for employee development.
  • •Run the plant safety program (MESH) and maintain compliance with applicable regulations, while overseeing facilities and layouts to minimize downtime.
