Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily operations of a team of KYC Analysts, ensuring thorough customer due diligence reviews and up-to-date KYC records.
  • •Coach and develop KYC Analysts by designing development plans, running career check-ins, and supporting growth through initiatives.
  • •Identify and propose process improvements, collaborate with central and other operational teams, and provide guidance on complex, high-risk cases and escalations.
  • •Measure team KPIs, ensure performance and quality standards are met, run regular one-on-ones and meetings, and share best practices.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert, apply risk-based AML approaches, and implement quality assurance frameworks using quality metrics to identify root causes and trends.

Key Requirements
