Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives) aligned to the Scrum Guide and values.
  • •Coordinate sprint pre-planning technical alignment and ensure capacity is reflected in commitments.
  • •Champion and enforce agreed Ways of Working; challenge where standards are not met.
  • •Ensure backlog readiness, delivery governance, and release processes are consistently followed using Jira data.
  • •Use AI to reduce administration and improve delivery insight through reporting and Jira governance checks; identify automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in a technology delivery environment.
  • •Practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery, applied pragmatically to drive outcomes.
  • •Advanced Jira and JQL capability with a governance mindset and strong Jira hygiene practices.
  • •Strong Confluence and knowledge-management skills, maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • •Confident communicator able to coach, challenge, and drive alignment; practical AI use to improve reporting and efficiency.
