Key Responsibilities

  • •Own flagship outcomes end-to-end: activation → retention → monetization → live ops; identify bottlenecks, set plans, align the team, and deliver.
  • •Turn “fun” into a complete live-service game: tighten onboarding, define goals, and deepen progression to drive daily/weekly engagement.
  • •Ship a deeper meta-game (Career Mode): launch single-player Career Mode with progression, rewards, and connect it to identity/status, seasons, and unlocks.
  • •Build the Live Ops engine: establish cadence for seasons, events, challenges, drops, and experiments with weekly iterations and measurable lifts.
  • •Expand scope and cross-pollinate: scale to additional games and influence mobile + AI + UGC efforts with proven retention/monetization patterns.
