Serve as a trusted advisor on a high-impact Employee Relations team, partnering with leaders to resolve complex workplace issues with fairness and consistency. •Ensure alignment with company policies, practices, and employment legislation while balancing risk and business outcomes.
•Own cases end to end with timely resolution, strong documentation, and high-quality decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Typically 6+ years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist (or related HR position).
•Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
•Experience with performance coaching, conflict resolution, and administering disciplinary action.
•Preferred experience working in HR Operations or an HR Service Center.
•Strong customer service, problem-solving, listening, and oral/written communication skills, with detail-oriented and confidential handling.
