Key Responsibilities

  • •Use data and strategy to achieve company shrinkage goals for assigned stores.
  • •Conduct investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and other loss-related activities, including analyzing surveillance footage and gathering evidence.
  • •Monitor store activities using CCTV and surveillance tools to identify suspicious behaviors and address safety concerns.
  • •Track inventory and support item-level loss investigations using RFID data, including identifying and escalating internal dishonesty investigations.
  • •Conduct store walks and asset protection assessments to ensure compliance with safety and physical security policies, develop action plans, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
