Client Manager

Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients in partnership with business development officers. Review and onboard new client relationships, deliver service aligned to client needs, and quickly resolve issues and disputes. Identify business risks and operational challenges, coordinate operational changes, and support achievement of revenue, new business, and expense goals. May manage staff, including hiring and training, to meet business objectives in a regulated environment.
