Job Summary

Operate XRF and X-Ray equipment to authenticate items by recording readings, imaging fashion products, and entering data into internal systems. Perform quality control reviews of XRF results against SOPs, document findings, and help track quality trends. Support fine jewelry and watches workflows by assessing weights and measurements, cleaning items, running CWED for carat weight estimation, and scanning items to locations within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate XRF and X-Ray machines to authenticate items, including imaging products and assigning precious metal components.
•Enter XRF and X-Ray readings into databases and create baseline data feedback.
•Conduct quality control reviews of XRF readings to ensure compliance with SOPs, and document and report QC findings.
•Assess jewelry weights and measurements, clean items using ultrasonic/steam equipment, and perform diamond counting.
•Operate CWED to calculate diamond carat weight and scan items to locations while collaborating with the authentication department.
