Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a high-performing team of Delivery Solutions Architects focused on Data, AI, and ML workloads across the Databricks Platform.
•Drive faster onboarding and production deployment by removing blockers and simplifying workloads for customers in production use cases.
•Maintain technical excellence by staying current with Databricks and broader Data/AI ecosystems and pursuing certifications.
•Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, Product Engineering, and Professional Services to create integrated customer plans that drive adoption and measurable ROI.
•Establish mechanisms to track workload progress, forecast usage growth, and communicate customer health and program effectiveness.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,100 - 270,975 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Architecture, Field Engineering, or similar) with 3+ years leading technical teams
•Experience with cloud-based Lakehouse architectures and guiding migrations/modernization
•Proven track record in accelerating workloads to production on cloud-native platforms
•Strong ability to guide complex distributed data-system architectures and cloud-native discussions
•Hands-on experience with SQL and an Object-Oriented Programming language (Python/SQL/Scala); code reviews and architecture design sessions
