Job Summary

Own the site inventory plan across raw, WIP, and finished goods, aligning it with AOP/SFP objectives and driving on-time delivery through planning, staging, and fulfillment. Lead excess & obsolete and material planning analyses, coordinate with manufacturing on priority and order changes, and manage end-to-end materials execution including scheduling, logistics, and inventory strategy. Track and present key metrics, support SIOP reviews, and mentor production planners to improve performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own the inventory plan for raw, WIP, and finished goods aligned with AOP/SFP objectives.
•Ensure on-time delivery to production lines and customers by managing planning, staging, and fulfillment processes.
•Oversee end-to-end materials activities including planning, detailed scheduling, logistics, and delivery commitment.
•Account for inventory control (e.g., cycle counting) to maintain appropriate stock levels and meet NITO targets.
•Manage production schedule execution and coordinate Production Planner engagement across the Product Management Team (PMT) and other groups, removing barriers as they arise.
