•Plan and manage content planning and operation for major social media platforms in Japan (X, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
•Build and maintain a highly engaged user community to encourage interaction and organic word‑of‑mouth promotion.
•Plan and execute online and offline user events — such as meetups and feature introduction sessions — to strengthen user participation and brand trust.
•Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align PR activities with company goals and product launches.
•Monitor media coverage and community feedback to adapt PR strategy and messaging.
