Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of large and complex financings using extensive industry/market/product knowledge.
  • •Develop execution strategy and objectives for designated product areas and maintain transaction management policies, procedures, and supervisory framework.
  • •Oversee diligence, documentation, and approvals, including regulatory and governance interactions (e.g., FINRA filings, Reg M, record retention, deal disclosure).
  • •Ensure proper credit approvals, MD approvals, and DSUM requirements; handle deal due diligence responsibility.
  • •Manage deal controls and closing readiness, review and sign legal documents, coordinate with syndicate desk/DCM and legal counsel, serve as an escalation point, and lead audit/exam responses while mentoring junior execution staff.
