•Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and maintain efficient operational processes.
•Develop and retain talent through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development initiatives.
•Cultivate brand loyalty by communicating product knowledge and delivering memorable shopping moments.

•Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift 50+ pounds as part of the role.
