Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and govern the Corporate Development & Agility (CDA) system, including policies, work models, mechanisms, and cross-unit implementation oversight.
  • •Plan and execute enterprise change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and risk assessments; provide executive reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • •Steer the RTA-wide CDA roadmap, coordinate with agencies and sectors, define agility groups, and mandate/track initiatives aligned to global and future trends.
  • •Lead enterprise-wide change programmes, including establishing cross-sector squads and tribes to deliver resilience, accountability, and results.
  • •Institutionalize process improvement cycles (Lean, Six Sigma, digitization), measure agility maturity, and close corrective actions from internal audits and quality systems.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (or 14+ years with a Bachelor’s degree).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Strategic Management.
  • •Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci/ACMP.
  • •Certified Agile Practitioner and AI Model Governance capability.
  • •Excellence model assessment experience (EFQM/Baldrige) as an assessor.
