Job Summary

Drive new business by promoting Mashreq Bank’s liability products and cash management solutions to SME and retail clients, achieve monthly targets, and expand trade and online banking adoption. Build and maintain strong client relationships, leverage leads and referrals, and cross-sell to grow Liabilities and overall revenue while ensuring high-quality service and compliance.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Promote and sell liability products and cash management solutions to attract deposits and expand client base.
•Promote payment/collection solutions suitable to clients' business models and increase online banking adoption.
•Prospect new customers via existing leads, referrals, cold calls, and targeted outreach to maximize lead generation.
•Achieve assigned monthly targets and drive business growth for liabilities and trade services.
•Provide excellent customer service, ensure compliant documentation, and maintain strong relationship revenue through cross-selling.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2-3 years of experience in RM role; customer-focused, achievement-, target-, and sales-oriented.
•Proficient in English and Arabic; strong written and spoken communication skills.
•Strong selling skills with ability to approach new customers and generate leads.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet targets; good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrated ability to expand existing portfolio through cross-selling and up-selling.
