Job Summary

Provide first-level technical and functional support for Business Platform applications in a core banking environment. Monitor application availability and performance, manage incidents and service requests (L1/L2) within SLAs, and handle user troubleshooting in shifts. Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis, support SIT/UAT and deployments, maintain knowledge repositories, and follow ITIL incident/problem/change processes while coordinating with business and technical teams.
