Customer Service Trainee

Coordinate customer order processing by entering sales orders into the system and working with the warehouse to ensure dispatch. Request customer samples and manage returns, while keeping the sales team informed about order status and product-level issues such as missing items, pricing, and order validity. Release orders that are not fully invoiced in coordination with the warehouse.
