Keep venues show-ready by performing diversified maintenance and cleaning tasks. Handle emergency and scheduled repairs for production equipment, including mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting. Perform preventive maintenance, simple machinist work, and basic plumbing/carpentry, using hand and power tools and reading manuals and work orders.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep the venue safe and clean by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures and surfaces, removing trash, and restocking restroom supplies.
•Maintain neat, orderly work areas and clean equipment while assisting with additional cleaning duties as assigned.
•Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled maintenance repairs for production equipment during production and machine service.
•Perform simple machinist duties and mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting, repair, diagnosis, part replacement, testing, and adjustments.
•Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities, including plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Also read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED plus completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent production maintenance experience.
•Ability to perform mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting and repair tasks.
•Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
•AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
