Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare daily schedule, supplies, and PPE before first patient visit.
  • •Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area and provide scheduled services.
  • •Perform blood draws using expert phlebotomy skills and ensure comfort during visits.
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology.
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN (home preferred).
  • •Current BLS certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal, reliable vehicle.
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
