Construction Operations Manager (Syria, SY)

Oversee construction operations to keep projects on schedule and on budget. You’ll lead operational planning, budgets, and policy execution, coordinate contractors, and manage contracts, cost estimation, and risk/legal documentation. The role requires strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes, plus leadership of an operations team and support of HSE initiatives and incident reporting. ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is required.
