ALTERNANCE - Talent Acquisition Early Careers (F/H)

Participate in the full recruitment process for apprentices and interns as part of the Early Careers team. Collaborate with hiring managers to capture hiring needs and write job ads, then source and distribute them on job boards and social networks. Review applications, conduct interviews, support managers through candidate selection, and help run campus attraction events. Provide reliable reporting and support cross-functional projects.
