Key Responsibilities

  • •Take end-to-end ownership of key People programs across EMEA and APAC, including onboarding, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent retention.
  • •Translate global Experience Programs frameworks into locally relevant experiences through partnership with environment teams.
  • •Create processes, playbooks, and repeatable delivery frameworks (e.g., onboarding workflows and program calendars) to standardize local execution.
  • •Partner with Affinity Group leads to strengthen programs and surface retention and engagement insights.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards to track program health and outcomes, run experiments, and course-correct quickly to demonstrate ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 70,000 annually

  • •An AI-native mindset, using AI tools to speed up research, operations, and communication, with interest in building AI agents/playbooks.
