Key Responsibilities

  • •Design conversation flows, dialogue structure, copy, and edge-case handling for new and existing Arabic AI agents (voice and chat).
  • •Lead Arabic conversation design by designing, reviewing, and launching Arabic agents and serving as the team authority on linguistic and cultural quality.
  • •Create complete handover packages for prompt engineers, including requirements, conversation designs, and implementation guidelines.
  • •Track and analyze agent performance with the analytics team and recommend next optimizations based on impact of design changes.
  • •Run conversation quality reviews on live agents across conversational quality dimensions outside compliance QA.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of conversation design experience on production chatbots and/or voice agents, with hands-on experience shipping a production bot.
  • •Arabic fluency with a deep feel for linguistic and cultural nuances, able to identify what sounds off and explain why.
  • •Ability to work with data by tracking, monitoring, and reporting agent performance to demonstrate impact of design decisions.
  • •Ownership and personal effectiveness in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where structure is still being built.
  • •Rigor and attention to detail, including strong documentation, review, and quality-check practices.
