Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute retail strategies and tactics to increase Preferred Program households, fulfill customer needs, and deliver excellent customer experience.
  • •Build deep customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor using the consultative sales and service process.
  • •Maintain consultative sales/service environment by participating in Financial Center huddles and meetings and guiding the Financial Center team on referrals.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of the bank’s products and services and keep up to date through development and assistance as needed.
  • •Initiate and maintain customer/prospect contact via customer interactions, telemarketing, and seminars/community events while meeting investment sales and referral goals.
  • •Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks while operating within the bank’s risk appetite and ensuring actions align with policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • •Experience in a sales environment and experience in the financial industry.
  • •Pass consultative selling skills certification and complete ongoing educational requirements as prescribed.
  • •Series SIE, 6, 63, and insurance licenses required; Series 65 must be obtained within 90 calendar days of hire (max two attempts).
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business in the mass affluent segment.
