Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform custom development tasks, including integration to systems and devices.
  • •Provide support for technical implementation tools for InterSystems healthcare applications and related products.
  • •Conduct site-specific technical setup such as integrations, data migration, reporting/data extraction, analytics cubes, and environment configuration.
  • •Manage upgrades and releases to ensure solutions meet project specifications and are delivered/deployed per requirements.
  • •Visit customer sites and implementation partners to provide technical support and/or technical training.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrates facility with software development/programming and analyzing complex data to develop solutions.
  • •Ability to solve difficult problems systematically and identify key issues through analysis and questions.
  • •Experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • •Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including HTML and JavaScript.
  • •Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
