Lead a large, multi-shift manufacturing facility of ~350 employees in Elyria, OH, driving safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. Drive operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma, track KPIs, and foster continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall leadership for plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, materials and production scheduling, ensuring consistent achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
•Establish, track, and improve operational performance through the effective use of metrics and key performance indicators, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
•Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance plant performance.
•Promote a proactive safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements and leading efforts toward zero incidents.
•Develop and manage the plant operating budget, analyze financial performance, and implement actions that improve cost efficiency and operational results.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
•10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in plant or operations leadership.
•Experience managing large facilities and multi-shift operations.
•Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
•Solid financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, P&L responsibility) and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
