Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for CNS in line with business and technical requirements.
•Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
•Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, IT operations, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and predictable delivery.
•Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in design workshops.
•Mentor junior developers and contribute to agile delivery activities while ensuring security and governance compliance.

Key Requirements

•Java development with strong experience across full SDLC
•Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate and RESTful APIs
•Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server and performance optimisation
•Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Git and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Experience with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium) and secure software development practices
