•Develop and maintain web applications and distributed systems in production, ensuring performance and reliability

•Break down complex projects into incremental milestones and coordinate across teams
•Contribute to system design patterns and scalable architecture to support tax-related reporting and insights

•Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot; experience with Kafka is a plus (but not required)
