Job Summary

Own the core build-out of the R&D Efficiency Platform by eliminating delivery risks across CI/CD and the delivery pipeline. Design and optimize CI/CD using GitLab Pipeline and ArgoCD, and drive AI-native CI/CD upgrades such as AI-assisted code review, self-healing pipelines, smart test orchestration, and change-risk prediction. Build DevSecOps and shift-left security capabilities (SAST/DAST/SCA) and establish standardized change management. Ensure platform stability with Kubernetes, microservice governance, and cloud services on Aliyun/AWS.

Key Responsibilities

•Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform and onboard business systems to improve engineering efficiency and delivery quality.
•Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab Pipeline, ArgoCD), driving standardization, automation, and observability.
•Drive AI-native evolution of CI/CD, including AI agent/LLM for code review, pipeline self-healing, smart test orchestration, and change-risk prediction.
•Build DevSecOps capabilities by embedding shift-left security across the lifecycle with SAST/DAST/SCA, scanning, and security gates.
•Establish standardized change management covering requests, risk assessment, CAB approvals, canary releases, rollback, and change traceability.

Key Requirements

•Solid Computer Science fundamentals across OS, networking, distributed systems, and data structures/algorithms.
•Proficiency with DevOps toolchains, including CI/CD and Kubernetes with microservice stacks.
•Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts and security toolchains, including supply-chain security and compliance.
•Understanding of AI/LLM for engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios with an AI-native mindset.
•Familiarity with the Java stack and strong cross-regional English communication.
