Sr Consultant, Brokerage Property Underwriting - E&S Brokerage Property Unit

Underwrite complex E&S brokerage property risks for acceptability, pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions, using deep technical expertise and high-level authority. Drive production and loss-ratio goals with assigned brokers through broker management, claim/loss analysis, and corrective actions. Develop new classes of business, forms, endorsements, and reinsurance placements, while mentoring and coaching underwriting talent and representing the department in committees and initiatives.
