Key Responsibilities

•Develop new ideas into demo-able products and ultimately commercial products.
•Partner with product owners, UX, engineering, and other teams to gather and refine requirements across products and tools.
•Lead rapid prototyping cycles from technical requirements through software design, programming, debugging, and optimization.
•Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools; scale successful pilots into full commercial solutions.
•Design robust, scalable architecture solutions with integrations across the internal technical ecosystem and contribute to technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years relevant experience.
•10+ years of software engineering experience with multi-disciplinary skills across software design, programming, debugging, and optimization.
•Hands-on, up-to-date experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies.
•2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
•MS or BS in Computer Science (or equivalent).
