Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full lifecycle contract activities, including planning, execution, close-out, and maintaining complete contract records.
  • •Lead and administer RFP processes, including documentation, evaluation, commercial/legal negotiation, and recommending best-value awards.
  • •Administer contracts post-award: review deliverables, reconcile invoices, manage payments, and resolve disputes or claims.
  • •Provide proactive guidance to site, project, maintenance, and technical teams on contract strategy, risks, options, and implications.
  • •Develop contract management policies, procedures, and templates, oversee EPCM/service-provider contract management execution, and report contract/commercial status.
