Key Responsibilities

  • •Help VA users overcome technical hurdles by enabling access to data and delivering business requirements.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for workgroups from start to finish in their migration to the cloud.
  • •Build out a best-practices knowledge base for workgroups to benefit from.
  • •Attend and respond to workgroup questions during weekly feedback and center of excellence calls.
  • •Collaborate across teams to set up resources, migrate workloads, decommission on-prem resources, and report progress/outcomes to leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT/engineering/technical discipline plus 12 years of experience (or equivalent substituted experience).
  • •Experience managing projects in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
  • •Experience in the Healthcare IT field.
  • •Expertise with Azure (or other major cloud platforms) and data lake architectures, including Delta Lake or similar storage solutions.
  • •Experience with Databricks workspace administration plus automating cloud provisioning workflows (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep, PowerShell, Python).
