Job Summary

Lead an onsite manufacturing operation for the Indirect Tools & Outdoor team, driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital. Build and develop a world-class organization, implement strategic planning with lean management and Six Sigma tools, and oversee KPI reviews and strategy deployment. Partner across functions and the S&OP process while executing manufacturing strategy expansion and improving cycle time and inventory.

•Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital.
•Develop and execute manufacturing strategy, including expansion of point-of-impact manufacturing and delivery models.
•Build teams and develop talent while leading strategy deployment and KPI reviews for the manufacturing team.
•Implement safety and industrial hygiene programs and foster a continuous improvement culture.
•Improve cycle time and working capital using flexible and lean manufacturing processes; present plans/results and drive financial performance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•5–10 years of operations leadership experience with a demonstrated record of performance improvement.
•Experience developing a lean culture and implementing lean tools.
•Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication, finishing/machining, and assembly (preferred).
•Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines, environmental regulations, and EHSMS.
