Job Summary

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or a related college diploma
•Minimum of 5 years of management experience and/or experience in a manufacturing environment; continuous improvement, industrial engineering or equivalent
•Ability to mobilize employees through change
•Experience in complex, tech-enabled, growth or transformation environments
•Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English; proficient in Microsoft Office
